Start this Monday by Saying Yes to Things!

Hello,

What I like the most from Mondays is that it is that day of the week where you promise-to or push yourself to start something… Whether it’s doing exercise, eating well or start your new project… Whatever that is, Monday is the day to say yes to that thing you’ve been wanting to do for some time ago. For me, this Monday I’m “saying yes” to exercise… What are you saying yes to?

Enjoy your monday and I leave you with some pictures that I find inspiring for a monday’s mood.

Happy Monday ❤

Love,
Alejandra García

A Quick Way to Inspire Your Monday Fashion Mood

Hello!

I’m so so sorry!! I know it’s been a while since I don’t write on the blog, and it’s not because I forgot about you but there’s been so much stuff going on at work… But I promise I’ll keep up and don’t let so much time pass by. I would really like to thank all of you who took the time to write me down the past couple of weeks asking if I had given the blog a break or why I stop posting and wanting to know when was I coming back. That meant a lot to me and it’s been the main reason I’m taking this time to keep you updated. So I’ve decided to change things a little and today I would like to start this amazing (for many, free) week with some pictures to inspire your fashion mood on Monday.

Hope you have a great week!

The best of Fashion Week (NYC) – Part I

Hello readers,

Here I am again, sitting in my spot – this comfortable couch with a sight to the beautiful mountains – enjoying a cup of hot coffee. It’s been a while since I wrote on my blog (I really missed this) but after the past hectic couple of weeks I’m so happy to be back. Specially for Fashion Week.

As Carrie Bradshaw said,

“Every year the women of New York leave the past behind and look forward to the future… this is known as Fashion Week.”

Although I’m not from NYC  for me this means long nights on Style.com looking to beautiful and promising collections. This week I’ll share with you some of my favorite looks and designers as well as my predictions for this year’s fall/winter fashion. Enjoy!

Any trend you think I’ve missed? Comment about it below.

Fashion Week fall 2014 New York

Hola,

What to wear – 10 trends you’ll love

Hello,

As we approach December it reminds me that the year 2013 is coming to an end and that finally, after so much sacrifice and effort, I’ll be graduating from Marketing which translates to some incredible and interesting projects (I’ll tell you about them some time soon). But on the other hand, it reminds me that the holiday season is about to begin which means endless parties and the need to count with the right outfit for every occasion. This time I searched through all those fall trends and selected the ones I loved the most as well as those I think you may like.

So now I leave you with some of fall’s 2013 hottest trends as well as some of my favorite clothes and fashion items from fall’s most important runways so you can wear this season.

Which one’s your favorite?

Alejandra García

Hola,

Pastel Color Coats

Whether it’s a gray tone, a soft pink or green, even a lilac color, they will be a great choice and ideal color to wear to a day party. You will not need to have an outstanding outfit beneath since the coat itself will be the statement piece of your look.

Fur Accessories and Coats

I have to accept I’m a huge fan of fur (faux). It adds elegance and style to your look in just one piece. I definitely recommend wearing a faux-fur coat to your night party; you’ll need no more but your coat and yourself. But in case your not that into fur, remember you can still wear this trend in a more subtle way by adding a scarf, key chain, purse, cap, even just a small part of your coat with fur. It will help you to go from day to night with just one piece.

Fall in Pink

Hi readers,

It’s been a while since I don’t post on the blog but these days have been really crazy. Good news, there will be amazing things coming to the blog. Soon I’ll tell you about them. In the mean while I’ve been really looking through tons of fall fashion items and colors to be able to share with you those top trends and here’s one of my favorite: Pink. From dresses to coats and shoes and bags, Pink was a color seen through all the fall collections. The good thing is that this very cute color could also be worn during spring 2014, as many of you saw in recent runways at fashion weeks. Here are some chic and trendy ideas on how to wear Pink. Pick the one you love the best to wear in fall.

Hola,
